Welcome to the D&L Advice Corner
We are a couple who’ve seen a lot of life’s mess and magic up close!
Between us we’ve faced homelessness, domestic abuse, children with SEN, depression, grief, huge life changes, and moments where we didn’t know which way to turn.
We also know what it’s like to fall in love again, rebuild ourselves, and keep choosing hope, even when life feels heavy.
This space isn’t just about relationships or romance, though we are here to help you with all of that too! It’s for everything that makes us human:

👶 Navigating parenting or family challenges
💬 Mental health, self-worth, and starting over

Whatever you’re going through, you can write to us. You don’t have to share your name or email, you can stay completely anonymous. We’ll read every message and respond if anonymous on social media with empathy, honesty and a little humour where it helps.
No judgment. No filters. Just two people who care, listening and sharing from the heart.
